On November 8, 2023, representatives of the AUN-HPN Secretariat Office attended the 20th INHPF Annual Meeting 2023 under the theme “The Next Step of INHPF: Accelerating Health Promotion Innovations towards Equitable Well-being” and 22th Anniversary of the establishment of ThaiHealth. On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Soranit Siltham, Thai Health Promotion Fund Committee Member and Chairman of the 7th Plan Executive Committee, Thai Health Promotion Foundation; Mr. Supreeda Adulyanon, Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) Manager; and Dr Sandro Demaio, Chair of INHPF and CEO of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation presided over the opening ceremony at ThaiHealth Center, Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth).
At present, the International Network of Health Promotion Foundations (INHPF) consists of 7 organizations from 6 countries: 1. Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (Chairman). 2. Thai Health Promotion Foundation (Secretariat) 3. Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation 4. Korea Health Promotion Institute 5. Taiwan Health Promotion Administration 6. Tonga Health Promotion Foundation (Treasury) 7. Health Promotion Board of Singapore.
The 20th International Health Promotion Fund Network Meeting 2023 was hosted by Thai Health Promotion Foundation with the aim to strengthen the INHPF network through sharing knowledge and experiences and promoting international cooperation. The network jointly declared their commitment in elevating health promotion work to the global health agenda as well as presenting innovations and good operational models of Thailand's health promotion work to the international level.
