6th Thai University Network for Health Promotion Network Committee Meeting

On April 27, 2023, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, together with Dr. Wiwat Rojanapithayakorn, M.D., Advisor to the TUN-HPN Committee; Dr. Nuttapun Supaka, Director of Partnership and International Relations Section, Thai Health Promotion Foundation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Deputy Executive Director of AUN-HPN and Acting for Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs, ASEAN Institute for Health Development; Asst. Prof. Dr. Supaporn Songpracha, Deputy Executive Director of AUN-HPN and other TUN-HPN Committee attended the 6th Thai University Network for Health Promotion Network Committee Meeting. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Narin Hiransuthikul, Vice President for Strategic Monitoring and Assessment, Planning, Budgeting and Well-being, Chulalongkorn University presided over the meeting at Saranithes Room, 2nd floor, Chulalongkorn University Main Auditorium and via Zoom Meeting Platform.

Highlighted topics of discussion were as follows: 1) Progress report on the implementation of health promotion activities and network extension of each TUN-HPN node and 2) Joint research topics and 3) Plan to organize the 2nd National Academic Conference on Health Promotion in 2023.

Operations of the Thai University Network for Health Promotion Committee (TUN-HPN) was funded by Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) to support universities in Thailand to develop their potential and become leaders in health promotion. In addition, the AUN Healthy University Framework (HUF) can be implemented thoroughly among the Thai University in order to achieve its goal of becoming a "Healthy University" and resulting in sustainability of good health in the community. The TUN-HPN Committee consists of 6 main universities, namely Burapha University, Chiang Mai University, Chulalongkorn University, Khon Kaen University, Mahidol University and Prince of Songkla University to jointly drive health promotion policies as well as to expand the network both domestically and internationally. The TUN-HPN Meeting is scheduled to be held every 3 months.


การประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยไทยเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ครั้งที่ 6

วันที่ 27 เมษายน 2566 ศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์บรรจง มไหสวริยะ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล พร้อมด้วย นายแพทย์วิวัฒน์ โรจนพิทยากร ที่ปรึกษาคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยไทยเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ดร.ณัฐพันธ์ ศุภกา ผู้อำนวยการสำนักพัฒนาภาคีสัมพันธ์และวิเทศสัมพันธ์ สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธันวดี สุขสาโรจน์ รองเลขาธิการเครือข่าย AUN-HPN และรักษาการแทนรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยและวิชาการ สถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภาภรณ์ สงค์ประชา รองเลขาธิการเครือข่าย AUN-HPN เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยไทยเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ครั้งที่ 6 (6th Thai University Network for Health Promotion Network Committee Meeting) โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นายแพทย์นรินทร์ หิรัญสุทธิกุล รองอธิการบดี ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผลยุทธศาสตร์ แผนการงบประมาณ และสุขภาวะ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสารนิเทศ ชั้น 2 หอประชุมใหญ่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ (Zoom Meeting)

ประเด็นสำคัญในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ การรายงานความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและการขยายเครือข่ายในแต่ละโหนดของ TUN-HPN หัวข้อการทำวิจัยร่วมกัน และแผนการจัดประชุมวิชาการด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 2 ในปี 2566

การประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยไทย เพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ได้รับความร่วมมือจากสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ในการสนับสนุนให้มหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย ได้พัฒนาศักยภาพและการเป็นผู้นำด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ให้มีความเข้มแข็ง สามารถนำกรอบแนวทางมหาวิทยาลัยสร้างเสริมสุขภาพไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างทั่วถึง เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็น “มหาวิทยาลัยส่งเสริมสุขภาพ” ในระดับนานาชาติ ส่งผลให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพดีอย่างยั่งยืน ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกับมหาวิทยาลัยแกนนำ ได้แก่ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ร่วมขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ผ่านกระบวนการการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน การทำวิจัยร่วมกัน ตลอดจนการขยายเครือข่ายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งกำหนดให้มีการจัดประชุม พบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ของสมาชิกเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยทุก 3 เดือน
